Common questions, short answers.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can use the Shopify admin, you can use Adalo for Shopify. Early-access brands also get a white-glove onboarding session — we'll build the first version of your app alongside you.
How long until my app is live in the App Store?
Two to four weeks for most brands. The bulk of that time is Apple's review process, which we manage on your behalf.
Will my existing Shopify apps still work?
The major ones (Klaviyo, Yotpo, Recharge, Smile, Gorgias) work out of the box. We add new integrations every week. If you depend on something specific, mention it when you join the waitlist and we'll tell you where it sits in the roadmap.
How is this different from Tapcart, Shopney, or Appbrew?
All three are credible products. The honest comparison: Tapcart's Core plan and ours are both $250 per month, but ours includes automated push, AI push generation, and multi-currency that Tapcart gates to its Ultimate plan at $500. Shopney is cheaper at $149, but its Silver tier doesn't include abandoned cart, multi-currency, or Klaviyo — those require their Gold or Platinum plans. Appbrew matches our feature set but starts at $499, roughly double our entry tier. If you're a Shopify Plus brand with a complex stack, Appbrew or Tapcart Enterprise may fit better; we recommend them honestly when they do.
What about customer accounts, orders, and reviews?
All synced from Shopify. Your customers sign in with the same account they use on the web. Orders, history, addresses, and reviews are all live and in sync.
When does early access open?
