Our Statement of Support

We want to help each & every single maker in our community, however, there are a few things that fall outside our scope of support at this time.  

We do love hearing from our community, so that said — please reach out & we'll do our best to point you in the right direction!

📅 Adalo Support is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM CST.

To ensure the best experience, Adalo works hard to provide information regarding features, addressing functionality & accessibility. If you notice strange behavior within a feature or it is not behaving as intended, please let us know here

📈 Adalo Performance & Security

We want to ensure the stability and security of the Adalo platform each and every time you use it. Bug fixes, performance enhancements, and workflow improvements happen automatically. If you believe you have found a bug — please let us know here.

🧾 Adalo Account Questions & Billing

If you have questions about your team, settings, billing, and more. We're happy to help here.

🙋 General Questions & Usability

If you're just getting started with Adalo — welcome! — we can help let you know if your idea is possible. While we'd love to sit down & help you build out your app, that is not within our scope at this time. We'll do our best to answer whether or not something is possible & where applicable, provide you with the resources to help! Ask us a question here.

📩 Pro & Business Plan Customers

We work our hardest to support all our makers, however, any customers on our paying plans will receive preferred support within our ticket queue.

💬 Account Management

Our Business Plan Customers have the privilege of an account manager. Account managers are helpful with many things pertaining to Adalo. Account Managers are not for designing or building your app, but are able to help solve more technical questions via coaching.

Though it's outside our support scope to help troubleshoot, design, or provide detailed directions of how to create a function within your app. We'd love to point you in the right direction to obtain the help you're looking for.

Beginning with a template is a great way to jumpstart your app development. We strive to give the best service possible & at this time, this is the best way we know how to ensure everyone can get the help they need.
